Hyper Consulting Group (HCG) Ltd, is a specialized consulting firm established in 2011. The firm has a broad range of expertise across many management consulting areas, including strategy development, communication and marketing, advocacy and capacity building. The firm is made up of more than 15 dedicated industry-focused strategists, communication and marketing specialists, capacity building specialists, advocacy and gender specialists, writers and editors, video production experts, graphic designers and photographers  who deeply care about the work that we do on behalf of the different range of stakeholders we serve.  The firm therefore leans on the over a decade experience in various fields and the experience of its team in delivering its services to its clients.

In the area of strategy development, we provide a range of services (link) and work closely with our clients to create a long-term strategies and plan to achieve their goals and objectives. We typically do so through a series of analysis and reviews to understand their internal and external environments, which help us develop strategic choices and visioning that align with the client’s mission and objectives.

In the area of communication and marketing, we provide a wide range of services (link) and work closely with our clients to develop and implement targeted communication strategies and plans and messages to influence, inform, and engage specific audiences. The services include but not limited to, developing strategic plans, messaging for stakeholders, creating campaigns to promote products or services, videography and photography services, and managing public relations efforts to maintain a positive reputation for our clients.

For advocacy, Hyper Consulting Group leverages the expertise of its team, and influence to promote a public cause or issue that our clients care about. By working closely working with our clients, we help develop strategies, research and analyse social, economic, political and environmental issues to help our clients make meaningful impact in advancing their purpose and goal. We further, help our clients develop partnerships with other likeminded organizations (alliance or coalition building) and design strategies and approaches for public or policy makers’ engagement.

And finally, we build capacity of our clients. Hyper Consulting Group (HCG) builds the capacity of clients that require long-term, strategic approach that is grounded in a clear understanding of the organization’s needs and visioning. We help in leadership and management development, staff development, partnerships, and system audits etc..to help our clients achieve greater success and impact.
